I have held HR leadership positions with the federal courts and local government in the Seattle area, and I now apply these skills to my consulting practice, helping both private and public sector clients navigate crises and implement effective prevention strategies.
As a leader with the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) for over 15 years, I have trained thousands globally on building effective partnerships between security, HR, and community stakeholders. I also represent Human Resources on Pinkerton's Global Threat Management Group to deliver objective, informed, and holistic threat management solutions.
